Mini Face-lift: Procedure with Dr. Tiryaki in Istanbul – I am really pleased with the results
After having an online consultation with Dr. Tiryaki I decided to combine my procedure with a holiday in Turkey and have carried out in Istanbul where Dr Tiryaki has a very nice clinic. The actual procedure (micro lift with facial fat transfer) was done at a very modern and spotlessly clean hospital and I was very please type surprised by the level of care I received there.
A translator accompanied me to the pre op tests (which were very thorough) and helped me with the form filling. Regarding the procedure, I had been in two minds about weather to go for just the micro lift or the fat transfer too. I am really pleased I decided to combine the two. I am really pleased with the results and on return to London several people commented on how well I looked though the only person to guess I’d had something ‘done’ was my sister.
After the procedure I some swelling but virtually no visible bruising and I did not suffer from the headaches I had been warned to expect. The worst thing about the recovery was that it was hard to chew for a few days and a couple of weeks after the procedure I had an outbreak of spots on the treated area however this resolved itself within a week.’

Natural Looking Results
Firstly I would like to say I did a lot of research before deciding on a surgeon and had met another surgeon a friend recommended but had a bad experience with him giving me Toxin treatments so felt I could not trust him for anything more invasive.
On meeting Mr Tiryaki I was immediately at ease and found him to be confident without the arrogance that can sometimes be found in highly skilled professionals. I had a mini facelift with fat transfer and upper & lower blepharoplasty 1 month ago and my husband and friends are amazed at the speedy recovery and are shocked that I have not complained of any pain at all! I had never had an anaesthetic before and was terrified but the anaesthetist put me at ease and I awoke barely believing I had been asleep for 3-4 hours. The only discomfort I felt was from the drains around my ears and they came out the following day. I did not have black eyes but had bruising yellow in colour and some numbness in the ear area which has almost resolved.
It was my intention not to look different or like I had had any “work” done and I feel this has been achieved. I still have a little puffiness at the lower eye area and it was explained to me that the blepharoplasty would not address crows feet but there has been an improvement probably from the fat transfer and the remaining lines can be targeted with Toxin treatments. I also have some small scarring around the eayes which is healing well and around the ears from the mini face lift which is hidden by my hair and will fade in time.The procedures are not cheap but if there is one area one should not economise on it is ones face! I did look a little strange in the days following the surgery but that is the swelling and with fat transfer more fat is injected than required to allow for the fat that will naturally die so what one is left with looks natural more so than with fillers which I have had in the past. It is also I think way safer to use ones own fat than other substances and will no doubt transfer again when the time comes.
Would I recommend this surgeon? Absolutely. I had a positive experience and am already wondering what I can get him to do for me next and that is completely of my own will and have not had any suggestions from this surgeon that I need to do anything else. I doubt he would need to do this anyway as any one who has his level of skill would ever need to lead a client in any case. So happy I gave this gift to myself and at almost 55 years of age am looking forward to coming out of lockdown with renewed sparkle and vigour. If you are thinking of improving on what nature gave you go and see Mr Tiryaki, don’t hold back just do it, life is short and so much better when we can truly love what we see when we look in the mirror.

I had Mini lifting and stem cell therapy. Without realizing the operation started and ended; I opened my eyes and it was finished. I had no pain only pressure on my ear because of the windings. My face was swollen like a balloon which lasted about one week and after one week every day I woke up better. There was also no bruise but I must say that the first three days I used often ice pressure.
The most important issue everyone is wondering about was after the operation if I have pain? No pain or aches at all!
I have to mention that I have a very sensitive and skin and faced with aggressive acne problems for years with lots of treatments which caused deep scars (most of the scars caused by wrong treatments). Therefore this operation was very important for me although I expected not miracle result! A little recovery of my skin was enough…but the result is better than I expected.
There was only one uncomfortable part of the operation; nearly two month I could not get comfortable sleep as I had to sleep on my back which I am not used to! But after seeing the result, you realize it is worth for the sleepless nights.

Very happy so far!
‘The surgery went well and everything was well organised. I left the clinic at 2pm with antibiotics and lots of pain killer. I managed to sleep a bit but I must say I was in a lot of pain. I’ve been taken paracetamol and one tramadol so far. Today I went to remove the bandages and feel so much better already. I’m still very swollen, which should last for a few days. This is a honest review for my mini facelift procedure that will have tomorrow morning at Cadogan Clinic with Dr Tiryaki.
I’m in my mid forties and have been unhappy with the way I look for the past few years (see pictures). I started searching for a mini facelift procedure through Realself and did get as much information as possible. After meeting with a few cosmetic surgeons, I decided to book my surgery with Dr Tiryaki.
He is a very well mannered gentleman and after our first meeting, I felt completely in safe hands with him. His approach to ageing and physical changes of the face is different to the other surgeons I met. He also took the time to explain in more depth the gradual ageing process and how he could help me, with his mini facelift procedure and fat transfer, getting 10 years back but still looking very natural.
His lovely personal assistant, Efsane, has organised everything and provided 7 days a week assistance to all my enquiries. She has been very patient to reply thoroughly to all my emails.
The Cadogan Clinic has also been well organised with all and I’m very impressed with the level of extra care they are running the clinic with this Covid19 situation during all the recent appointments.
Now to be continued with a post procedure review and result! I’m obviously very nervous and very excited for my surgery tomorrow morning!

Mr Tiryaki is best in class. I am 48. Everyone was telling me to wait for the operation and have the full lift. I followed Mr Tiryaki’s online presentations and book a consultation. He recommended me mini lift with some fat injections for natural results. I was worried about the marks. Made my research online and there were some horrid stories and pictures.
I had the full support from Mr Tiryaki and his team before, during and after the operation.

Facial Fat Transfer: Successful Procedure
‘I had damage caused to my face from dissolving dermal filler. Too much Hyaluronidase was used and it dissolved the natural tissue on my cheekbone, lower cheek and under eye area. It was an awful experience and I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. I waited over one year and it never came back, so I decided to do something about it.
After a lot of research, I decided that fat transfer was my best option. I met with a few different surgeons from the UK and I had several skype conversations with surgeons in America. After some deliberation, I finally decided to go with Tunc Tiryaki. He is based in both London and Istanbul and specialises in stem cell fat transfer. I was intrigued by the idea of more concentrated stem cells, but the main reason I chose him was down his before and after photos. The results were all very natural looking and he seemed to have had a lot of experience in reconstruction cases.It is now almost 7 weeks since I had the procedure. Unfortunately, sometimes the fat reabsorbs more than can be predicted. This happened to me on my damaged cheek. It started to occur at 3 weeks post surgery. I contacted my doctor and set up a review meeting in London. Immediately after examining me, he acknowledged the areas that needed to be topped up and offered to do a second transfer after a waiting period of 3 months from the initial surgery. It was such a relief to hear him say he would fix it for me. I cannot recommend this doctor enough for his professionalism. Rhinoplasty: Male Nose Reshaping and Eye Bags Removed – Very Happy!
‘Being a Male I was sceptical about the results. I had a bulbous end to my nose and always wondered what it would like slightly amended. Also, being 45, I had also developed bags under my eyes so I sought consultation with Mr Tiryaki.
