During our consultation, Mr Tiryaki explained to her that the primary reason for her facial skin sagging is due to the underlying facial bone volume deteriorating, this structural support loss. We decided to do a simple fat transfer from her own fat tissue on the thighs combined with a mini face and neck lift, which was done under sedation, this would solve the bone volume loss and skin laxity problem. She is very pleased with the natural results we have achieved and very happy with her new youthful look.
