Treatment Introduction
The Nano Facelift is the most refined and least invasive option in the facelift spectrum. It offers a subtle but meaningful rejuvenation of the upper midface—lifting early cheek descent, restoring youthful contour, and refreshing facial expression—without the downtime or commitment of a larger procedure.
The Nano Facelift is ideal for younger patients beginning to notice early midface sagging, or patients who have previously had a facelift and are seeking a gentle maintenance lift.

Key Information
How the Procedure Works
This technique is performed completely under local anaesthesia, using an extremely short incision hidden in the sideburn and just in front of the upper ear. Through this minimal access, the deeper supporting layer of the face (the SMAS) is precisely repositioned, providing structural improvement rather than simply tightening the skin.
What It Improves
- Early descent of the upper midface
- Mild cheek flattening
- A tired or heavy midface appearance
- Loss of youthful contour around the cheek–tear trough area
Limitations
The Nano Facelift is intentionally conservative. Because the incision and dissection are minimal, it does not significantly improve jowls or lower-face heaviness. Patients with more advanced facial ageing generally benefit more from a Mini Facelift or a Deep Plane Facelift.
Who Is It For?
The Nano Facelift is ideal for:
- Younger patients beginning to notice early midface sagging
- Patients who have previously had a facelift and are seeking a gentle maintenance lift
- Men and women who want a natural, refreshed appearance without major surgery
- Individuals who prefer local anaesthesia and minimal recovery time
