I’m delighted to have been named by MSN among the Top 10 Plastic Surgeons You Should Know in 2026

I’ve spent much of my career focused on one question: how can we make facial rejuvenation more natural, more thoughtful and more individual to the person sitting in front of us?

That question has shaped the way I approach facelift surgery, as well as my wider work in regenerative and aesthetic medicine. I’m very proud of this recognition, and I see it as a reflection of a much bigger journey shaped by patients, colleagues and a constant desire to keep learning and evolving.

Why the facelift remains such an important part of my practice

Facelift surgery has been a major focus of my work for many years. It is also one of the areas of plastic surgery that continues to evolve.

Patients today often want something very different from the traditional idea of a facelift. They don’t want to look “done” or dramatically different. Increasingly, they want to look refreshed, rested and natural, while still looking like themselves.

That requires a detailed understanding of facial anatomy, ageing and how the different layers of the face change over time.

My approach to facial rejuvenation is therefore not simply about tightening the skin. Depending on the individual patient, surgery can involve working with deeper tissues, restoring volume and considering the relationship between the face and neck to produce a more balanced result.

Combining surgery with regenerative thinking

Another important part of my work is regenerative medicine.

I have always been interested in how we can go beyond simply removing or repositioning tissue and instead think about the quality and biology of the tissues we are working with. This has led me to employ regenerative approaches, including stem cell-enriched fat transfer, where appropriate.

For me, this is part of a wider evolution in plastic surgery - looking at how we can combine sophisticated surgical techniques with our growing understanding of tissue regeneration and healing.

Patient First Planning

Ultimately, techniques and technology are only part of the story.

Every face is different. Every patient has different expectations, anatomy and reasons for considering surgery. The consultation is therefore one of the most important parts of the process.

I want patients to feel that they can have an honest conversation about what bothers them, what is realistically achievable and, importantly, whether surgery is actually the right option for them.

Being recognised by MSN is a wonderful acknowledgement of the work I have dedicated so much of my career to, but the greatest privilege remains the trust patients place in me.

I’m grateful to my patients, colleagues and team who have been part of that journey, and I look forward to continuing to push the limits of what is achievable in aesthetic and regenerative surgery.
