Turn back the clock 10-15 years and see a natural-looking and
beautiful you in the mirror.
Facial aging starts at the peak of our youth, and manifests itself first with a deep volume loss. As we lose our
facial bone volume, our skin starts attenuating as well. The art of natural facial rejuvenation is a balanced
reversal of this volume loss using our own tissue and relocation of the attenuated skin and muscles back to
their original locations. Subtle refinements, emphasising natural and harmonious results will restore our
self-confidence while retaining the essential character of the face.
Dr. Tiryaki has both a discerning eye for the many aspects of facial beauty, and the
many years of experience necessary to ensure a natural and beautiful result.
Years of expertise show results after mini face lift, I went back 15 years minimum, much better than my expectations. My face looks fresh, skin rejuvenated, glowing from stem cell treatments, even my neck is tighter without additional neck lift. Sutures healing very fast, well hidden inside the ear folds and behind, and inside hairline. I am extremely happy with how I look now, incredible.
WHAT IS MINI FACELIFT?
The operation is performed around the mid-face and jawline and involves the removal of excessive skin
that has sagged during the natural ageing process
Operational scars are unnoticeable as they are hidden on anatomical creases in the ears and within the sideburn.
Although an innovative new technique, it has grown in rapid popularity and has replaced full facelifts.
We can deliver comparable results to traditional facelift procedures via these combination treatments but achieve, albeit achieve them by far less invasive means that require far less recovery time.
Mini facelift is a lighter, less invasive surgery that produces a younger looking you.
Most people feel they look around 10 years younger, but still themselves
reversing the natural signs of ageing that commonly take place during your 40’s and 50’s.
Facelift with Dr. Tunç Tiryaki
Dr Tiryaki is one of the pioneers of Mini facelifts and Hybrid facelifts in the world. His approach to facelift incorporates sedation instead of general anaesthesia and an innovative surgical technique minimizing the downtime. Whether you have advanced or early signs of facial aging, Dr Tiryaki will cater the least aggressive approach to address your concerns. He will always give particular attention to achieve natural-looking results.
During his consultation, Dr Tiryaki will carefully evaluate your face and choose a bespoke and appropriate method. Depending on your need, this can be as simple as tissue replacement and regeneration, Mini Facelift or Hybrid Facelift.
How is a Mini Facelift performed?
With the mini-facelift, incisions are much shorter (resulting in smaller scars). Rather than lifting the skin (the standard technique for a full face-lift) SMAS and the muscles are restored to their original position. This is very important since it is the main factor to achieve natural-looking results.
Fat Tissue Restoration and Regenerative Cell Treatments can be used in combination to restore elasticity, resulting in a younger appearance without changing the patients’ natural expression.
The procedure usually takes between 1 and 1.5 hours and is performed using local anaesthesia and sedation. General anaesthesia is usually not required for this procedure. However, Dr Tiryaki may recommend an overnight stay in hospital if it is best for your recovery.
Post-operative recovery is relatively fast. Bandages are removed after two days and you can resume your day-to-day routine within 7-10 working days.
Post-operative pain is rare. Any discomfort is treated with simple painkillers. It is normal for there to be some bruising, but this is minor.
Who should consider the Mini-Facelift?
A mini facelift is an ideal option for patients in their 40s who are already tired of fillers or afraid of having overfilled faces. For those patients, a mini-facelift can be the most natural-looking and long-lasting facial rejuvenation.

What if you need more?
A full facelift, with incisions starting inside the temples or scalp requiring deep general anaesthesia, is usually not preferred by Dr Tiryaki. Indeed, this is now unnecessary. In the early periods of facial ageing, most of the problems may be solved very easily and naturally with a mini lift. If the patients show indications of ageing on the neck, Dr Tiryaki might prefer to add a neck-lift to the initial mini-lift to cure all signs of facial skin sagging. The Face and Neck Lift remains lighter version of traditional full facelift, which will produce a much younger looking you (most people feel they look around 15 years younger) but still yourself. General anaesthesia is also not required for this procedure. The operation is performed around the mid and lower face, including the neck. Fat tissue is used to reverse age-related facial bone loss. Operational scars are mostly unnoticeable as they are hidden on anatomical creases in front and behind the ears and within the hairline. This is an innovative combination of a mini facelift, neck lift and minimal fat grafting to sharpen the facial bone arches, making the face look more structured and V-shaped.
What other procedures can be combined with a Mini Facelift?
Dr Tiryaki will determine the type of procedure according to the needs of patients. In some cases, eyelid surgery might be needed, which can be addressed by simple skin-only eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) to reduce the downtime and avoid the need for general anaesthesia. In many patients, the nose loses its projection, and the nose tip rotates down due to the midfacial bone resorption. In such cases, a 5-minutes top-on procedure called ‘Tip Flip’ can recreate the youthful nasal shape. Dr Tiryaki also performs Revision Facelifts to correct problems of facelifts performed by other previous surgeons.
How long is the recovery after a Mini Facelift?
In the first two days you should expect to have a light dressing covering your ears and head. Dr Tiryaki will remove the dressing usually after 48 hours, after which you can shower, wash your hair and face without any restrictions. The stitches will be removed after 10-12 days. Most patients can go back to work and their social life within one to two weeks after the swelling and bruising have subsided. Dr Tiryaki will advise you as to when you can return to exercise or strenuous activities.
