I have seen Dr. Tunc Tiryaki for a possible rhino revision, which is another 2 hour general anaesthesia surgery. The Rhinoplasty I had 10 years ago left me with an asymmetric nose bridge and a slanting tip from front view, even though the profile looked perfect. Dr Tiryaki assured me that a revision rhino was not necessary and it would carry many risks. Instead, he gave me a 5 minute filler injection. i could not believe how wonderful the result was, I would have never imagined this was possible. Apparently, a few sessions of filler with few months apart, will create a permanent outcome, as fillers are not totally self dissolvable. I should have done this before, if only I knew.

WHAT IS Liquid Rhinoplasty ?
Nonsurgical rhinoplasty is also called liquid rhinoplasty.
Dr. Tiryaki injects a filler, such as hyaluronic acid, underneath your skin
to modify the shape of your nose.
Nonsurgical rhinoplasty is an effective choice for those who are not ready for a permanent solution like rhinoplasty but would like to smooth out bumps in their nose with a ’15 minute nose procedure’.

How does the procedure work?
During the consultation, Dr Tiryaki will use 3D imagery to demonstrate the expected final result to the patient.
During the procedure itself, a topical anaesthetic like ice or numbing cream will be applied to the injection site, ensuring that the patient experiences no pain. The appropriate amount of filler, which will vary depending on the needs of the patient, will then be injected.
The filler injection is performed in the clinic and takes only 5–10 minutes.
Who should consider a Liquid Rhinoplasty?
This procedure is best suited to people with very minor nasal imperfections, who may not want to commit to a traditional rhinoplasty. The results are very subtle and will not remain permanently.
How long is the recovery period?
A Liquid Rhinoplasty procedure does not require a dressing, and patients can return to normal activities directly after the injection. However, activities that are likely to increase blood pressure should be avoided on the day of the procedure.
Patients may experience minor short-term swelling and bruises, which can be concealed with a little make-up. These symptoms should fade after a few days. This procedure leaves no scars.
Are Liquid Rhinoplasty permanent?
The fillers are not permanent. The patient may wish to return for another treatment after between six and eighteen months.
What do I need to do before a Liquid Rhinoplasty procedure?
As a precaution, Dr Tiryaki recommends that the patient abstain from the use of blood thinners in the lead-up to the procedure.
